Kah Yeok has over 25 years of experience in investment banking covering project finance, M&A, capital and debt markets as well as private banking. He was CEO of HSBC Investment Bank as well as a Director of HSBC Investment Bank Holdings. In the later stage of his career, Kah Yeok was the President of a leading regional venture capital which developed and invest in major IT projects in the Asia region. Presently, he is the Executive Director of ChemOne Holdings Pte Ltd.
He served as Chairman of the Singapore Investment Bank Association as well as a Council Member of the Institute of Banking and Finance. He had also served in various working committee on revamping of Singapore financial sector as well as on restructuring of Singapore economy. He is actively serving as a member of the Organizing Committee for fund-raising at WE CARE. He was a part-time lecturer in Nangyang Technology University in the Master Degree course on Applied Economics.
Kah Yeok has an MBA degree from the State University of New York in Albany under a scholarship awarded by the Asia Foundation and B. Com ( Hons ) in Economics from Nangyang Technology University. He also attended the Wharton Fellows program Wharton School of Finance.
